Teachers, Happy (almost!) Winter Break! Winter break means a well-deserved reprieve from daily obligations. Thanks for all that you do everyday for our students and families. Please see below for a note on attendance, some fun holiday activities (and a recipe!), and some community events. We've also included some important reminders for you! As our year draws to a close, we should reflect on the successes and gains we have made with students and families and celebrate our accomplishments. We may also take inventory of our individual work, focusing on areas of growth, set new bars and be intentional in our efforts to accomplish the goals we set for ourselves in the New Year. A very important component to students receiving the full effect of these benefits is to attend school regularly. Attendance issues are a common challenge throughout our Pre-K program. It is important to educate our families and make them mindful of the fact that their child’s success in school goes hand in hand with student attendance.
